UK Residency

This program allows a senior employee of an overseas company to gain residency in the United Kingdom for the purpose of establishing a commercial presence in the UK through the following eligibilities:

• Representative must be recruited and employed outside of the UK by the company which they intend to represent in the UK and have been employed for at least six months.
• The employee must hold a senior position in the organization.
• The UK Company must be a registered branch or wholly owned subsidiary of the foreign company, and be the first commercial presence in the UK.
• The sole representative should not be a major shareholder in the company.
• Must reside for 9 months per year in the UK.
• The employee must meet the English language requirement UK IELTS Level B1.
  Upon approval, investor and family are given 30 days to travel to UK to establish the business.

        Benefits of the program:

• Fast processing time from 2 to 6 months.
• Obtain a 3 years UK residency that allows live, work and study in UK, that will can be renewed for an additional 2 years after fulfilling the conditions.
• Leads to permanent residency (PR) if the investor and family reside for 9 months (cumulative) per year for 5 years in the UK.
• Citizenship: After one year of PR the investor and family may apply for citizenship if they reside in the UK for an additional 9 months.
  The residence is granted to the entire family (inclusive of children up to the age of 18 – subject to financial dependency on main ).
