WELCOME TO CANADA RESIDENCY

Investor can choose from one of the following investment programs:

1- NOVA SCOTIA:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience actively managing and owning a business OR more than 5 years of experience in a senior business management role.
  • Have a net worth of at least $ 600,000 CAD.
  • Be able to invest at least $ 150,000 CAD of your own money to establish the business in Nova Scotia.
  • Have a score of at least 5 on the Canadian Language Benchmark in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English or French, And pass the medical exams and Interviews.
  • Investor and his family must travel to Canada to complete the procedures.
  • Processing time from takes 18 months on average.
  • Obtain the Canadian residency that allows to live, work and Study in Canada.
  • Investor and family must reside in Nova Scotia in order to maintain residency.
  • The residence is granted to the entire family (inclusive of children up to the age of 22 – subject to financial dependency on main applicant.)
  • Leads to Permanent residency if the investor adheres to residing for 2 years per 5 years in Canada.
  • Citizenship: Investor must reside 3 years (cumulative) within the prior 5 years in Canada.

 

2- NEW BRUNSWICK:

  • Must be between 22 years to 55 years of age.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience actively managing and owning a business OR more than 5 years of experience in a senior business management role.
  • Have a net worth of at least $ 600,000 CAD.
  • Be able to invest at least $ 250,000 CAD of your own money to establish the business in New Brunswick includes the deposit of 100,000 CAD which will be returned 1 year after the business commencement date.
  • Have a score of at least 5 on the Canadian Language Benchmark in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English or French. Also pass the medical exams and Interviews.
  • Investor and his family must travel to Canada to complete the procedures.
  • Processing time from takes 18 months on average.
  • Obtain the Canadian residency that allows live, work and Study in Canada.
  • Investor and family must reside in New Brunswick in order to maintain residency.
  • The residence is granted to the entire family (inclusive of children
    up to the age of 22 – subject to financial dependency on main applicant.)
  • Leads to Permanent residency if the investor adheres to residing for 2 years per 5 years in Canada.
  • Citizenship: Investor must reside 3 years (cumulative) within the prior 5 years in Canada.

 

3- Start-Up Visa (SUV) Program:
