
أعلنت حكومة مالطة عن بعض التعديلات بشأن برنامجها للحصول على الإقامة عن طريق الاستثمار.
جاعت تلك التعديلات على النحو التالى: – امتلاك عقار بقيمة تبدأ من 500 ألف يورو بالإضافة إلى 150 ألف يورو منها في الأصول المالية. – زيادة قيمة إيجار العقارات في جنوب مالطا و في جوزو لتصبح 10 ألف يورو و 12 ألف يورو في باقي مالطا – زيادة قيمة الشراء في جنوب مالطا و فى جوزو إلى 300 ألف يورو و في باقي مالطا إلى 350 ألف يورو. – زيادة قيمة المساهمة الحكومية إذا اشترى مقدم الطلب عقارًا بقيمة تبلغ 68 ألف يورو أو في حالة الإيجار بقيمة 98 ألف يورو. – تقديم تبرع بقيمة 2000 يورو لمنظمة غير حكومية محلية. – لم يعد الاستثمار في المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مطلوبًا. The MGA said the move would give operators and suppliers flexibility when offering games in jurisdictions that have high tax rates, helping to avoid the need for each game to be substantially adapted.
